Just like September, November really flew. Here are my favorites of the month.
1. Bargain shopping at Hobby Lobby. Hobby Lobby is one of my absolute favorite places to shop and did I get some great deals there this month. I went there shopping for some Christmas decorations when I spotted a scarecrow that I just had to have. I also spotted the sign that said all fall decor was 80% off. It took a while to find someone to help me get it off the shelf but that scarecrow had to be mine. He originally went for $29.99-I bought him for $5! Score! Everything else that I bought that day was also on sale-yay for me!
2. My new smart phone!!!!!!! I drug my feet on this one-I was so against getting a smart phone simply because of the cost. Who wants to pay that much for a phone? I saw an add over Thanksgiving weekend that said Verizon was giving away smart phones for free so I jumped at the offer. I went in expecting not to come home with one because I figured it was going to be an extra $30 a month. To my surprise it wasn't! It was only going to add $10 a month to my plan. Score #2!

3. Thanksgiving weekend had to make the list simply because I had four days off from work-can't complain about that! We had a blast with all the family that we saw! Family from Texas, Grand Island and Papillion were here and much food was eaten by all!
4. Putting up my Christmas decorations before December. I'm going to start doing this every year. December is such a busy time it feels like I put up the decorations and then take them down right away. So this year I decided to put them up the day after Thanksgiving and I'm so glad I did.
I took these photos with my phone! I think my favorite decorations this year are the ornaments hanging from my light fixture (above left).
5. Logan rocking out to the CMA's.
